The G36C (G36 Compact) is based upon the longer German Gewehr 36, featuring a total length of 720mm with the stock unfolded, and 500mm once folded.
It's short length makes it extremely effective for CQB. Additionally it features full piccatiny rail systems throughout the rifle, allowing you to attach foregrips, weapon lights and various optics.
Its ambidexterous fire control systems (safety selector, charging handle and magazine release) allow a much more comfortable use of the gun for various users.
Additionally with the proprietary magazines, they can be attached together allowing a much faster reload.
