Shipping policy

We'll do our best to get your order to you in the fastest and most cost effective manner possible - there's nothing worse than playing the waiting game, right?! We use Fastway Courier to ship all standard orders and Post Haste/Castle Parcels for those extra bulky items.

New Zealand Shipping Information

 

- We ship Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed Monday which means no overnight for Fri, Sat to Sun orders.
- Please require if you need overnight service. The extra fee depends on the delivery address. Our couriers don't have an overnight service for rural deliveries.

 

New Zealand Delivery Estimated Times

 

- Parcels sent to Urban addresses 2-3orking days Inter-Island 

- Parcels sent to Urban addresses 1-2 working days same island

- Rural addresses will take longer
