The famous AS-VAL, is the assault rifle variant of the VSS Vintorez, featuring much of the same design with the exception of a steel stock and polymer pistol grip, as compared to the Vintorez's wooden counterpart.
Firing the same subsonic 9x39mm cartridge, the AS-VAL was used alongside the Vintorez in clandestine operations by both Soviet and Russian forces.
The LCT recreation of the AS-VAL, the MRK-VAL, is an ultra-realistic and faithful build to its real life counterpart.
Featuring the same polymer grip, handguard and magazine, as well as the stamped steel reciever and internal suppressor.
The MRK model features an AR style buffer tube with a SOPMOD style stock.
With the AR style buffer tube, you are able to add on any AR style stock!
